Renfrewshire Ancestors is led by Stephen (also known as The Urban Historian), who developed a passion for genealogy after researching his own family tree. He went on to teach genealogy courses at the University of the West of Scotland’s Life Long Learning Academy before establishing a genealogy research business known as Renfrewshire History, now rebranded as The Urban Historian.
